Administrative Assistant

Be the communications hub for a dynamic healthcare AI team! Handle email, organize meetings, direct inquiries, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills.

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager compiles and manages a list of advertising avenues, and sends out event announcements through the appropriate channels. You will also develop strategies to boost attendance and engagement.

Registration Coordinator - AIHC Conference

The Registration Coordinator manages conference attendee registration before and during the conference. You will create registration forms that include demographics surveys, and be responsible for communicating with attendees.

Technical Support Coordinator - AIHC Conference

The Technical Support Coordinator manages audiovisual and technical needs at the conference. This volunteer supports livestreams, presentations, and troubleshooting during sessions.

Conference Coordinator - AIHC Conference

The Conference Coordinator helps plan and manage the annual conference. This volunteer oversees logistics, timelines, and team communication to ensure the event runs smoothly and stays on track.

Merchandiser

The Merchandiser oversees the design, production, and distribution of branded items for events and community engagement. Perfect for someone organized and resourceful with an interest in branding, retail, or design.

Speaker Liaison - AIHC Conference

The Speaker Liaison coordinates communication and logistics with conference speakers. You will contact and invite conference speakers, and ensure that presenters receive clear instructions, schedules, and support before and during the event.

Venue Coordinator - AIHC Conference

The Venue Coordinator manages the relationship with the conference venue. This volunteer ensures rooms, AV, catering, and signage are arranged according to the event plan.

Funding Manager

Funding Manager (2 positions available) will identify and pursue funding opportunities, lead the preparation of funding applications, and maintain funding timelines. Funding managers will work closely with AIMSS leadership and build relationships with sponsors and donors.

Newsletter Editor

The Newsletter Editor coordinates the creation and distribution of our monthly digital newsletter on Substack. You will collect content, edit for clarity, and design layouts to share updates, opportunities, and resources with our community.

Student Chapter Liaison

The Student Chapter Liaison coordinates student groups with the organization. You will ensure student chapters receive information, share updates, and remain supported in running local initiatives.

Website Manager

Website Manager needed to maintain and update the AIMSS website. Tasks include content updates, ensuring functionality and aesthetic standards, and file organization. This role is suited for someone with attention to detail and interest in keeping an organizational website accurate and user-friendly.
