Website Manager

The Website Manager is responsible for the maintenance and ongoing updates of our Wix platform website. This includes adding new information, reviewing existing content for accuracy, ensuring consistent design, and addressing basic technical or layout issues. The role helps ensure the website remains clear, functional, and accessible to all visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the AIMSS website

  • Webpage creation and layout design to optimize functionality

  • Ensure the site is functional on both desktop and mobile devices.

  • Maintain and organize website files

  • Provide suggestions for minor improvements in usability and accessibility


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience using Wix or another website builder.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in content updates.

  • Basic understanding of web navigation and layout.

  • Ability to complete tasks independently within set timelines.


Desired:

  • Familiarity with dynamic webpages

  • Familiarity with SEO practices.

  • Skills in graphic design, image editing, or multimedia.

  • Awareness of accessibility standards for websites.

3-5 hours / week
