YouTube Content Manager

The YouTube Content Manager will manage the channel by uploading videos, maintaining playlists, writing descriptions and tags, and tracking performance analytics. This role involves organizational consistency, attention to detail, and basic familiarity with digital publishing practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Upload and schedule video content consistently.

  • Write accurate and accessible titles, descriptions, and tags.

  • Add custom thumbnails and end screens.

  • Organize content into logical playlists.

  • Monitor comments for appropriateness.

  • Review analytics (views, engagement, demographics) and prepare summaries.

  • Ensure videos meet accessibility standards (captions, transcripts).


Qualifications:
Required:

  • Familiarity with YouTube’s Creator Studio

  • Clear written communication for descriptions and captions.

Desired:

  • Experience with content scheduling or social media management.

  • Basic graphic design skills
