Human Resources Administrator
The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative support to manage the AIMSS staff. This includes maintaining an up-to-date roster, posting opportunities, processing applications, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining records of participation. The role requires good organizational skills and discretion when handling volunteer information.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, drafting volunteer opportunities
Coordinate with team leads to ensure role descriptions remain accurate.
Review incoming applications and track candidate progress.
Maintain up-to-date records of active staff.
Assist with onboarding, including welcome materials and orientation scheduling.
Support offboarding by collecting feedback and closing records.
Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy.
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Clear written communication.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets).
Desired:
Experience in HR administration, recruitment, or volunteer coordination.
