Human Resources Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative support to manage the AIMSS staff. This includes maintaining an up-to-date roster, posting opportunities, processing applications, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining records of participation. The role requires good organizational skills and discretion when handling volunteer information.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, drafting volunteer opportunities

  • Coordinate with team leads to ensure role descriptions remain accurate.

  • Review incoming applications and track candidate progress.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of active staff.

  • Assist with onboarding, including welcome materials and orientation scheduling.

  • Support offboarding by collecting feedback and closing records.

  • Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy.


Qualifications:
Required:

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

  • Clear written communication.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets).

Desired:

  • Experience in HR administration, recruitment, or volunteer coordination.
